Plant Based Doctors Ireland

At IDE we work and collaborate with organizations who promote health, sustainability and environment. With the launch of Lancet EAT in January 2019 and a system change regarding the interconnected links of food and health, we are delighted to team up with Irish GPs with the first conference held in March 2019 –

A team of Irish-based healthcare professionals who are passionate about spreading the knowledge of plant-based nutrition and its benefits within our communities. We believe a whole food plant-based diet can not only prevent but also reverse many chronic diseases. Our aim is to promote the benefits of a plant-based diet to other healthcare professionals, so that they can educate and empower their patients and offer real solutions to chronic diseases.

It advocates for pressing issues that matter to shape the world we want. And it does deliver: our campaigns and our activities positively impact the physicians-to-be and the communities they serve.
